Our unique R-EVOLVE Credit Facility is designed for trading businesses and property professionals needing a secured line of credit. This product offers flexible repayment options, including no monthly repayments, lower monthly repayments, or full capital and interest repayments as per the borrower’s choice. It can significantly improve cash flow and reduce interest costs compared to short-term unsecured loan providers.

PRODUCT DETAILS

  • Loan Amount | £25,000 – £500,000 (higher limits available upon property sale agreement)
  • Interest Rate | From 1.50% fixed per calendar month on drawn funds, 0.2% per month non-utilisation costs for the first 24 months only.
  • Security | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd charge, up to 75% Gross LTV maximum on built-up residential and commercial properties only.
  • Eligible Borrowers | Limited companies, sole traders, LLPs (including overseas or foreign nationals)
  • Repayment | Optional monthly payments as long as the credit limit is not exceeded; interest chargeable on withdrawn funds.
  • Term | 1-5 years (24-month flexi loan, with capital and interest repayments starting from month 25)
  • Product Fee | From 2.5% of Gross Credit Limit (can be added to the loan)
  • Dual Legal Fee | £Tbc +vat charged at cost
  • Upfront Commitment Fee | £749 (refundable upon completion)
